Without a doubt Levis makes some of the best Skinny Jeans for men. I own 2 pairs a 550[bootcut i had a tailor slimfit] & a 571[skinny] and they are some of my fav's. Technicolor Skinny Jeans are back on the fashion radar although not as strong as last summer but everyone should have a pair or 2.
